Summer Youth Courses offered at Union County College
This summer the Office of Continuing Education at Union County College is expanding its course offerings for youth ages 11-18.

Normal office hours for Advising, Career, and transfer; EOF; student accounts; financial aid; and admissions, records, and registration are Monday through Thursday 8:30AM-7:30PM, Fridays 8:30AM-4:30PM.

Union County College Emergency Alert Notification System (Regroup)

Anyone wishing to Opt-in to the Union County College Emergency Notification System to receive alert messages must sign up at the following hyper link:
Once completed the new member must confirm their Regroup account via the confirmation email sent to the email address entered during the sign up process.
Once the confirmation process is complete, the new member can login to their Regroup account add a phone number for text and voice message alerts from Regroup, or change what type of notifications they receive.

 Meet Our People


Dr. Mandana Ahsani

Dr. Mandana Ahsani is the Chair of the Psychology/Sociology Department and the advisor for the Phi Theta Kappa international honor society. She joined Union in 2008 and is the co-chair (along with Professor Carol Biederstadt) for Union County College’s Middle States 2017 Self-Study team. She is the winner of the 2011 Paragon Award for New Advisors from the Phi Theta Kappa International Headquarters. In 2015, Dr. Ahsani won the Neblett Award for Teaching Excellence. Dr. Ahsani has a B.S. from the National University of Iran, a M.Ed. from the University of Illinois, an M.A. from Rutgers University, and a Ph.D. from Rutgers University.
