Union County College seeks a fair and open, competitive solicitations process pursuant to County College Contracts Law N.J.S.A. 18A:64A-25.1 et seq. and compliant with political contribution disclosures within N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5.

To obtain proposal/quote/bid package specification forms, send a formal request to the Purchasing Department via e-mail to: purchasing@ucc.edu. The request to obtain proposal/quote/bid documents MUST include the vendor's complete contact information (contact name, company name, mailing address, phone number and extension, fax number where addendums are to be sent (for bids - required by law), and email address of the contact).
